Little Apple Café, April’s Client of the Month, is owned and operated by health coach and fitness instructor Holly Walsh. Located at 21 Tinker Street in Woodstock, NY, Walsh purchased Little Apple in October 2019 after hearing of its sale, and transformed it into Little Apple Café—a place for locals to get nutritious and delicious foods.
The family owned café offers smoothies, fresh pressed juices, açai bowls, salads, seasonal soups, sandwiches, and more, and has set out to offer customers a welcoming environment where they can enjoy “the fresh, robust flavors of all of our products from local and organically sourced ingredients.” Little Apple Café is located right in the heart of Woodstock, with a beautiful outside patio used in the warmer months, and cozy indoor window seating year-round.
The café is also known for their “corecleanses,” which are designed to “immediately make a difference by restoring all the enzymes and nutritional needs your body is craving to function at its best.” According to the café’s website, you will notice an increase of energy, your body will feel lighter, and your skin will glow. Little Apple Café is open Thursday through Monday from 11am to 5pm. They are remaining open throughout the current COVID-19 pandemic, and making it easy for you to get your nutrients in! The café has a patio window that you can place your order at, or you can call your order in to 845-684-5605 for curbside pickup. They are also taking pre orders for bottled juices and corecleanses with delivery available to some areas.
Little Apple Café has been insured by Ryan & Ryan Insurance Brokers since September 2019. When asked why they chose R&R as their insurance agency, Holly responded by stating, “A friend referred me but I’ve known Bob my entire life, as he was friends with my parents.” She went on to say,
